President
Shawn has over 26 years of technical experience working in the construction administration and transportation design divisions of consulting engineering firms. He has been responsible for the staffing and coordination of work for construction administration projects in Nevada. He has performed the role of tester, inspector, office engineer, resident engineer, constructability reviewer, independent cost estimator and principal engineer for NDOT, CCPW, CLV and CNLV.

Mike Mamer, CCM, CPWP-M
Vice President
Mike Mamer is a detail-oriented team player with more than 30 years of experience in construction inspection, testing, project management and program management of public works type projects of all sizes. He has performed the role of tester, inspector, senior inspector, associate engineer, constructability reviewer, and for the last 10 years at CCPW as Assistant Manager of Construction was responsible for the staffing and coordination of work for construction administration projects in Clark County with an approximate value of $1.4 billion, which included roadway and traffic infrastructure, trails, parks and flood control facilities.
Mike was responsible for approximately 35 active construction contracts annually, directly coordinating and supervising 25 County staff along with 20-25 consultant staff at any time to enforce conformance with County, federal, state and industry plans, specifications, codes and contract provisions.
